Michael A. O'Neill practices in the areas of commercial and residential real estate and foreclosure law.  He has supervised more than 3,000 closings and was a former title examiner prior to practicing law.  Mr. O'Neill earned his B.A. degree from Tulane University in 1996.  He earned his J.D. degree from Emory University School of Law in 1999.  He was awarded the Dean's Public Service Award. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Real Property Law Section since 2001, and the Florida Bar since 2000.  Mr. O'Neill is the 2014 Treasurer and a 2015 Golf Board Member for the Atlanta Chapter of the Women's Council of Realtors (WCR).  He is a 2014-2015 Consumer Board Member for the Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia (MBAG), and he is a faculty member of the National Business Institute and the Institute of Continuing Legal Education in Georgia.  For these institutes, Mr. O'Neill has spoken on foreclosure, title resolution, sales contract and real estate closing law.  Mr. O'Neill is proficient in Spanish and enjoys networking in both languages.
